Set a skillet or griddle on medium heat and get it warm.

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

Take 4 slices and place them in the pan, buttered side facing down.

Add 2 cheese slices, peach pieces, a bit of honey, and some fresh basil on each slice. Finish with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place the other slices of bread on top, butter side facing up.

Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and the bread turns golden.

Slice up and dig in right away.
