Honey Glazed Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 portions of salmon, about 200g each.
02 - 2 small spoons of coarse sea salt.
03 - 2 small spoons of ground black pepper.
04 - 2 small spoons of powdered garlic.
05 - 120g of slightly salted butter.
06 - 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
07 - 120ml of honey.
08 - 60ml of soy sauce (shoyu).

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the oven to 220°C and prep your baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together melted butter, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic in a small pan.
03 - Simmer the sauce mixture over low heat for about 3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
04 - Sprinkle the salmon with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
05 - Pour the sauce over the seasoned salmon.
06 - Place the salmon in the oven for 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
07 - Spoon some of the leftover sauce from the pan over the salmon before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the center of the fish reaches 63°C.
02 - Try to pick fillets that are about the same size.
03 - It’s better to use freshly minced garlic than pre-chopped ones.
04 - If you need it to be gluten-free, substitute regular soy sauce with tamari.
