Honey Garlic Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger.
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
03 - 3/4 teaspoon sea salt.
04 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
05 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, split up.
06 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.
07 - 1 1/2 lb salmon, diced into 1-inch pieces.
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic.
11 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
12 - 1/4 cup honey.
13 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
14 - 2 teaspoons freshly chopped chives.

# Instructions:

01 - Dry off the salmon, then sprinkle it with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon of oil.
02 - Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a pan, then cook the salmon in batches for about 4-5 minutes per batch until the outside is crispy.
03 - Using the remaining oil, cook the ginger and garlic in the pan for a minute.
04 - Combine honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in the pan. Let it bubble lightly for 3-5 minutes until it gets thicker.
05 - Put the salmon back in the pan, toss it to coat, and sprinkle it with sesame seeds and chives before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the salmon is completely dry before you start.
02 - Feel free to marinate the salmon for up to an hour.
03 - You can use an air fryer set at 390°F and cook for 7-9 minutes if you prefer.
