Honey Garlic Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
02 - 6 pork chops (115g each, about an inch thick)
03 - 40 ml of honey
04 - 30 ml soy sauce (low-sodium)
05 - 125 ml of ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the grill to medium heat and give the grate a light coat of oil so things don't stick.
02 - Mix together honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl till it's smooth and blended.
03 - On the heated grill, cook the pork chops on both sides. Brush the sauce onto each side as you go. Grill for 7 to 9 minutes per side, or until a meat thermometer shows 63°C inside.
04 - Take the pork chops off the grill and serve them hot. Add the extra sauce on the side if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - For juicy results, let the pork chops warm up to room temperature before tossing them on the grill.
02 - Once they're done, let the chops sit for a few minutes to lock in the juices before cutting.
