Warm up the air fryer to 180°C for about 5 minutes.

Coat the chicken with cornflour, salt, pepper, and a splash of soy sauce.

Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil, and place the chicken in a single layer.

Air fry chicken for 5 minutes. Flip over, then cook for another 3–5 minutes.

Combine honey, chicken stock, vinegar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.

Melt the butter in a hot pan and briefly cook garlic for 30 seconds.

Add the sauce mixture to the pan. Stir and let it thicken for 2 minutes.

Toss the cooked chicken in the warm sauce to coat completely.
