In a small bowl, mix together honey, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Put chicken into a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, then pour in half the marinade. Make sure the chicken's coated evenly. Chill it for at least 30 minutes but up to 8 hours to soak up more flavor.

Set oven to 200°C. Toss the sweet potato chunks with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and a little pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.

Take the potatoes out of the oven, scoot them over to one side of the tray, and lay the chicken and beans on the other side. Pour the leftover marinade over the chicken pieces.

Pop the tray back in the oven. Let it bake for 20-25 minutes till the chicken cooks fully and the veggies are fork-soft.

Serve up the chicken with the sweet potatoes and green beans on the side. Spoon the tasty pan juices over everything if you're feeling fancy.
