01 -
Heat your oven to 400°F. Line a big baking tray with parchment paper to keep it mess-free.
02 -
Toss the sliced chicken strips in a medium bowl with the flour. Make sure every piece is covered.
03 -
In a large bowl, stir together the crushed cereal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
04 -
Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl until combined and smooth.
05 -
Take a floured chicken strip, dip it in the egg wash (let the extra drip back), and then roll it well in the corn flake mixture. Gently press the coating to make it stick.
06 -
Put the coated chicken strips on the lined sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through so all sides cook evenly.
07 -
As the chicken cooks, warm up the BBQ sauce, honey, and ketchup in a small pan on medium-low heat. Stir it occasionally for around 6 minutes.
08 -
Let the baked strips cool down for a few minutes. Then, cover them with the honey BBQ sauce, toss to coat evenly, and enjoy while warm.
