Stir the yeast, sugar, and warm water together. Leave it for 5 minutes or until it froths up.

Add salt and oil into the yeast mixture. Start mixing in flour slowly to create a dough. Knead it until soft, cover it, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Split the dough into four. Roll each piece into a circle, then mold into a heart shape. Place hearts on cornmeal-sprinkled parchment and poke some holes with a fork.

Spread your sauce, cheese, and pepperoni evenly over each heart.

Pop them in a 450°F oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Brush the crusts with the garlic butter mix once they’re out.
