Hanky Panky (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf of cocktail rye bread.
02 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
03 - 1 pound fresh ground beef.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic-flavored salt.
05 - 1 pound spicy pork sausage.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes.
07 - 450g of diced Président cheese (French processed cheese).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C (400°F) to warm up.
02 - Cook the beef and sausage in a skillet until browned and drain out the fat.
03 - Mix in the cheese cubes along with the seasonings you prepared.
04 - Let the cheese slowly melt over low heat.
05 - Spread the cheesy meat mixture over each piece of rye bread.
06 - Pop the bread slices in the oven and cook them for 8-10 minutes, until they look bubbly.
07 - Dish them up while they’re still warm!

# Notes:

01 - You can cook the meat beforehand to save time.
02 - Any type of rye bread will work for this recipe.
03 - These are perfect as party bites.
04 - Make sure to serve them while they’re fresh and hot.
