Guacamole with Lime (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 3 avocados, soft and ready, peeled and without seeds
02 - 2 roma tomatoes, chopped small
03 - Half a cup of diced onion
04 - 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro leaves
05 - Juice from one lime
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic, finely minced

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon of salt, adjust as you like
08 - A pinch of cayenne pepper, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure garlic is minced, avocados are peeled and pits removed, cilantro is cut up, onion is diced, and tomatoes are chopped.
02 - Put the peeled avocados, lime juice, and salt into a mixing bowl. Break them down with a fork or masher until it’s as smooth or chunky as you’d like.
03 - Gently stir in the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and cilantro until everything is blended together.
04 - Sprinkle in the cayenne pepper if you want a slight kick. Taste it and add more salt if you think it’s needed.
05 - Enjoy it right away with tortilla chips, or cover and refrigerate for up to an hour so the flavors can come together.

# Notes:

01 - Mash things more if you want it silky smooth. For a chunkier style, mix gently so the pieces stay larger.
