Make sure garlic is minced, avocados are peeled and pits removed, cilantro is cut up, onion is diced, and tomatoes are chopped.

Put the peeled avocados, lime juice, and salt into a mixing bowl. Break them down with a fork or masher until it’s as smooth or chunky as you’d like.

Gently stir in the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and cilantro until everything is blended together.

Sprinkle in the cayenne pepper if you want a slight kick. Taste it and add more salt if you think it’s needed.
