Ground Beef Taco Cabbage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (or your favorite kind)
02 - 500g lean ground beef
03 - 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion (or one medium fresh onion, finely diced)
04 - 1/4 cup water
05 - Half a green cabbage, chopped
06 - 2 tablespoons taco spice mix (check if gluten-free needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet on medium and cook the beef until it's browned, breaking it apart as you go.
02 - Add cabbage, taco spices, onion bits, and water into the skillet. Stir everything until it’s nicely mixed together.
03 - Let it all simmer, giving it an occasional stir, until the cabbage is tender but still crunchy. This'll take around 5-7 minutes.
04 - Scatter the shredded cheese on top. Cover the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes, just until the cheese melts down.
05 - Take it off the heat and dig in while it’s still steaming hot.

# Notes:

01 - If you need gluten-free, confirm the taco seasoning is suitable.
02 - Eat leftovers quickly—2 days at most—as the cabbage tends to soften.
