Grilled Steak Summer Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ tsp garlic powder
02 - Fresh thyme or basil as a topping
03 - 1 small avocado, diced or sliced
04 - 12 oz filet or sirloin steaks
05 - 4 hard boiled eggs, diced
06 - 1 Tbsp shallots, chopped up (red onion works too)
07 - ¼ tsp salt
08 - ¼ cup corn kernels
09 - ⅓ cup Lemon Herb Tahini Dressing
10 - 1 Tbsp steak seasoning (Montreal Steak Seasoning suggested)
11 - 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
12 - ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare your favorite dressing (or make your own at home) and leave it in a bowl nearby.
02 - Sprinkle seasoning, salt, and garlic powder on both sides of the steak. Cook on a grill (set at medium-high), around 4-5 minutes per side if you like it medium.
03 - After cooking, let it rest for a few minutes and then cut it into thin slices.
04 - Layer all the cut veggies and ingredients in a big serving dish or bowl. Pour the dressing on top, add the sliced steak, and sprinkle the herbs. Dig in and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Prepare the steak however you love it — super rare, medium, or fully cooked, it's up to you!
02 - A slap chopper is great for getting even, uniform pieces. It makes chopping a breeze!
03 - Want it faster? Think ahead and boil the eggs or mix up the dressing earlier.
04 - Switch things up! Add crispy bacon or leave out what you don't like.
