In a big bowl, mix chicken chunks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir it well until every piece is coated.

Get the grill hot at a medium-high setting. If you prefer, thread the chicken chunks onto skewers for easier grilling.

Put the chicken onto the hot grill. Flip them from time to time and let them cook for 8-10 minutes or until grill marks form and they're fully done.

In a small bowl, stir together mayo, yogurt, the minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until it’s smooth and creamy.

Take the chicken off the grill and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Serve with the garlic sauce, either drizzled over or as a dip on the side.

Sprinkle some fresh parsley on the grilled chicken right before serving for a nice finish.
