Creamy Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Pieces

01 - 450g chicken breasts without skin or bones, diced into small chunks
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp powdered garlic
04 - 1 tsp powdered onion
05 - 1 tsp paprika spice
06 - A pinch of salt (adjust to taste)
07 - A dash of ground black pepper (adjust to taste)
08 - 1/4 cup parsley leaves, finely chopped (for topping)

→ Smooth Garlic Sauce

09 - 120ml mayo
10 - 2 tbsp Greek-style yogurt
11 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
12 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
13 - A pinch of salt (adjust as needed)
14 - A tiny bit of black pepper (to your liking)

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, mix chicken chunks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir it well until every piece is coated.
02 - Get the grill hot at a medium-high setting. If you prefer, thread the chicken chunks onto skewers for easier grilling.
03 - Put the chicken onto the hot grill. Flip them from time to time and let them cook for 8-10 minutes or until grill marks form and they're fully done.
04 - In a small bowl, stir together mayo, yogurt, the minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until it’s smooth and creamy.
05 - Take the chicken off the grill and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Serve with the garlic sauce, either drizzled over or as a dip on the side.
06 - Sprinkle some fresh parsley on the grilled chicken right before serving for a nice finish.
