Creamy Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Bites

01 - 450g chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, chopped into small chunks
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika powder
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Pinch of salt to your liking
07 - Pepper to taste
08 - 1/4 cup parsley, freshly chopped for topping

→ Creamy Garlic Sauce

09 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120ml)
10 - 2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
11 - 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
12 - Juice from one lemon (about a tablespoon)
13 - Dash of salt, adjust as needed
14 - Freshly cracked black pepper to your liking

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, toss the chicken chunks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until they’re fully coated.
02 - Preheat your grill to a medium-high setting. If you like, slide the chicken pieces onto skewers for easier cooking.
03 - Place the chicken on the preheated grill and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip the pieces now and then to get even grill marks and cook them through.
04 - While the chicken's cooking, stir together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until creamy and smooth.
05 - Move the cooked chicken off the grill onto a plate. Let it sit for a few minutes to hold onto its juices before serving.
06 - Scatter chopped parsley over the grilled chicken bites just before serving. The sauce can go on the side or drizzle it directly over the chicken.
