Pour the gelatin mix into a big bowl. Stir it with 1 cup of boiling water until it’s all dissolved. Mix in the cold water next, followed by the vodka (or whiskey). Want it greener? Add a few drops of food dye and mix again.

Set your small plastic cups or shot glasses on a baking tray so they’re easy to move. Pour the mixture into each one, leaving some space at the top (about 1/4 left empty).

Pop the tray into the fridge and let everything set. It’ll need at least 2-4 hours to firm up completely.

Take the jello shots out of the fridge once they’re done. Top them with a swirl of whipped cream, a sprinkle of glitter or green sugar, or a tiny shamrock candy. Serve cold and enjoy responsibly!
