Green Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken blend

01 - 1 cup celery, chopped up small
02 - 3 big chicken breasts, cooked
03 - 3/4 cup almonds, sliced thin
04 - 1/2 cup red onion, diced small

→ Fresh herbs

05 - A cup of parsley
06 - One small bunch of green onions
07 - 1/2 cup fresh dill

→ Creamy dressing mix

08 - 1.5 cups Greek yogurt (5%)
09 - Half a cup of mayo
10 - Three garlic cloves
11 - 2 tbsp of lemon juice
12 - A teaspoon of salt
13 - 1/2 tsp of black pepper
14 - 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
15 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Use a food processor to break down the chicken breasts into fine shreds (10 seconds). Or just pull it apart by hand.
02 - In a big bowl, combine the shredded chicken with almonds, celery bits, and diced onion.
03 - Toss parsley, green onions, and dill into a food processor. Add Greek yogurt, mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if anything sticks.
04 - Stir the dressing into the chicken mix until everything is coated thoroughly and evenly.
05 - Enjoy it plain, spread on crackers, or pile it onto some bread—it’s your call!
