Greek Cheese Salad Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings & Garnish

01 - Fresh basil or dill—take your pick!
02 - 1 tablespoon of high-quality olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped (only if you'd like)
04 - 1 teaspoon of bold Greek seasoning blend

→ Base

05 - 1 red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
06 - A few black olives (about 1/4 cup)
07 - 1 cup of smooth cottage cheese
08 - 1/3 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced into quarters
09 - 1/4 of an English cucumber, diced into tiny pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Drizzle the olive oil over everything, then toss in your Greek seasoning. Add as much or as little as you feel like!
02 - Gently stir things around till it all comes together but stays chunky.
03 - In a medium bowl, throw in the cottage cheese, chopped cucumber, quartered tomatoes, bell pepper pieces, olives, and optional onions.
04 - Sprinkle some basil or dill on top for a fresh look and flavor. Dig in right away—it's great on its own or paired with crunchy crackers or bread.
