Graham Cracker PB Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of smooth peanut butter.
02 - 1 1/4 cups of crushed biscuit crumbs.
03 - 4 tablespoons of softened butter.
04 - 1 cup of powdered sugar.
05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
06 - 4 ounces of melted chocolate coating/bar.
07 - 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
08 - Coconut oil (optional) for making the coating shinier.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the peanut butter with the softened butter in a stand mixer using the paddle until it's all creamy.
02 - Pour in the vanilla and continue mixing till it’s completely blended.
03 - Slowly add the powdered sugar at low speed till it’s fully mixed in.
04 - Stir in the biscuit crumbs slowly till the mix is even throughout.
05 - Cover a baking tray with parchment or wax paper to make it easier to lift later.
06 - Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and shape into balls using your hands.
07 - Space the balls evenly across the tray you've lined.
08 - Put the balls in the freezer for exactly 20 minutes so they harden up for dipping.
09 - Place chocolate chips and coating bar into a bowl that's microwave-safe.
10 - Microwave the chocolate in 30-second rounds, making sure to stir every time, till fully melted.
11 - Want a glossy finish? Add some coconut oil and mix well.
12 - Using a fork or dipping tool, fully cover the chilled balls in the melted chocolate.
13 - After dipping, place each chocolate-covered ball back on the lined tray.
14 - Optional: Sprinkle extra biscuit crumbs on top before the chocolate hardens.
15 - Refrigerate for 10 minutes till the chocolate hardens completely.
