Bold Steak Marinade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 tsp crushed red chili flakes
02 - 1/2 tsp coarse salt
03 - 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
04 - 12 oz beef steak
05 - 1/3 cup tangy balsamic vinegar
06 - 2 tbsp salty soy sauce
07 - 3 tbsp rich olive oil
08 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
09 - 2 rosemary sprigs, minced
10 - 2/3 cup deep brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up the garlic and rosemary into small bits.
02 - In a bowl, toss in the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir in olive oil, chopped garlic and rosemary, and sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Give it a good mix.
03 - Put the steak into a plastic bag with a zipper. Pour the marinade on top, seal it up tight, and pop it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
04 - Warm up a skillet on medium-high. Take the steak out of the bag, dry it off, and cook it to the doneness you like most.
05 - Take in that wonderful smell and dig into the tasty steak!
