Gooey S’mores Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
02 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips
03 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 cup light brown sugar
09 - 2 large eggs
10 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

→ Toppings

11 - 4 graham cracker sheets
12 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
13 - 4-5 ounces milk chocolate bars

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the butter with both sugars until smooth. Add eggs, followed by vanilla. Stir in the flour, crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix in the chocolate chips. Let it chill for at least an hour.
02 - Get your oven ready by heating it to 350°F. Break the graham crackers into bits and cut the chocolate bars into smaller chunks.
03 - Drop 1½ to 2 tablespoons of dough onto a lined tray for each cookie. Bake for about 10-11 minutes, just until the edges start to turn golden.
04 - Place pieces of chocolate, marshmallows, and cracker bits on the freshly baked cookies. If you'd like, broil them for 1-2 minutes to lightly toast the marshmallows.

# Notes:

01 - Chill the dough for a minimum of 1 hour to set properly.
02 - Broiling marshmallows makes them nicely toasted.
