Turn on your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil or spray.

In a big bowl, toss together the ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and the egg.

Pour the milk in and give everything a good mix until it's evenly combined.

Make small meatloaf portions (around 4-6) and place them neatly onto the baking sheet.

Trickle olive oil over each meatloaf before putting them in the oven.

Cook for roughly 25-30 minutes until they turn golden and they're fully cooked inside.

Want them cheesy? Sprinkle mozzarella on top for the last 5 minutes.

Let them rest for a few minutes, then they’re ready to enjoy.
