Chicken Parmesan Loaves (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/4 cup milk
02 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
06 - 1 egg, beaten
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 pound ground chicken

→ Optional Ingredients

11 - 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

→ For Baking

12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil or spray.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and the egg.
03 - Pour the milk in and give everything a good mix until it's evenly combined.
04 - Make small meatloaf portions (around 4-6) and place them neatly onto the baking sheet.
05 - Trickle olive oil over each meatloaf before putting them in the oven.
06 - Cook for roughly 25-30 minutes until they turn golden and they're fully cooked inside.
07 - Want them cheesy? Sprinkle mozzarella on top for the last 5 minutes.
08 - Let them rest for a few minutes, then they’re ready to enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Mixing too much can dry out the meatloaf, so try not to overdo it.
