Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500g of minced beef.
02 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
03 - 125ml of cubed Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 cup (about 110g) of diced cheddar cheese.
05 - 1 can (460g) of biscuit dough.
06 - 30ml of melted butter.
07 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) to warm up.
02 - In a pan, cook the minced beef and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain out the extra grease.
03 - Stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese with the cooked beef until it’s evenly mixed.
04 - Flatten the pre-cut biscuits, spoon in the meat mixture, seal the edges, and shape them into little balls.
05 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the bombs on it, and brush them with the melted butter.
06 - Bake in the oven for around 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden and ready.
07 - Let them cool a bit, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve them warm.

# Notes:

01 - Add a touch of garlic powder on top for more punch.
02 - Perfect bite-sized treats for parties or casual snacking!
