Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) to warm up.

In a pan, cook the minced beef and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain out the extra grease.

Stir in the Parmesan and cheddar cheese with the cooked beef until it’s evenly mixed.

Flatten the pre-cut biscuits, spoon in the meat mixture, seal the edges, and shape them into little balls.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the bombs on it, and brush them with the melted butter.

Bake in the oven for around 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden and ready.

Let them cool a bit, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve them warm.
