Beef Rotini Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 ounces rotini pasta
02 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - 1 pound of ground beef

→ Sauce

04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon butter
06 - 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 1 cup of heavy cream

→ Seasonings & Garnish

08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
10 - 1 teaspoon of dried Italian spices
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil rotini following the package notes, drain it, and set it aside to cool.
02 - Warm up butter and olive oil in a big pan, then cook the beef till it's browned—about 6-8 minutes.
03 - Add your chopped garlic to the skillet. Stir for 1-2 minutes until you smell the aroma.
04 - Pour in the cream and toss in the Parmesan. Stir until it’s melted and creamy, about 3-5 minutes. Throw in some seasoning to taste.
05 - Put the cooked pasta into the pan, blend it well with the sauce, and top it off with parsley before serving warm.

01 - Add extra Parmesan if you want a creamier dish.
02 - Spice it up with more chili flakes if you like extra heat.
