Garlic Knot Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
02 - 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, preferably sea salt.
04 - 4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each.
05 - 1 lemon, sliced into wedges.
06 - 3 garlic cloves, minced.
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
08 - 1/4 cup panko crumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 425°F. Pour half the garlic butter mix into a baking dish, making sure there's enough space for your salmon fillets.
02 - Stir the Parmesan and panko into the rest of the garlic butter until blended well.
03 - Dry the salmon with a paper towel and season with salt. Lay them in the dish, skin-side down if there's skin.
04 - Spread the panko topping over each piece of salmon, pressing it lightly so it sticks. Scoop up any crumbs that fall and pat them back on.
05 - Pop the dish in the oven for 12-16 minutes. Cook until the salmon is done to your liking (135°F is medium) and the topping looks crispy.
06 - Move the salmon onto plates, spoon on more garlic butter from the dish, and scatter parsley over the top. Add a lemon wedge to each plate and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - This dish delivers garlic bread-inspired flavor paired with tender baked salmon, ideal for a fast and tasty weeknight dinner.
02 - For even cooking, pick salmon pieces of a similar size. If using frozen salmon, make sure it’s fully defrosted first.
