Turn the oven on to 425°F. Pour half the garlic butter mix into a baking dish, making sure there's enough space for your salmon fillets.

Stir the Parmesan and panko into the rest of the garlic butter until blended well.

Dry the salmon with a paper towel and season with salt. Lay them in the dish, skin-side down if there's skin.

Spread the panko topping over each piece of salmon, pressing it lightly so it sticks. Scoop up any crumbs that fall and pat them back on.

Pop the dish in the oven for 12-16 minutes. Cook until the salmon is done to your liking (135°F is medium) and the topping looks crispy.

Move the salmon onto plates, spoon on more garlic butter from the dish, and scatter parsley over the top. Add a lemon wedge to each plate and enjoy.
