Garlic Chicken Vegetables (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/4 cup olive oil
04 - 2 cups cubed chicken breast
05 - 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
06 - 1 cup chopped broccoli
07 - 1/2 cup chicken stock
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic

# Instructions:

01 - In a big pan, warm olive oil over medium heat.
02 - Toss in the chicken pieces and cook until they turn a nice brown.
03 - Mix in the garlic and let it cook for about a minute.
04 - Throw in the broccoli and pour the chicken stock over it. Put a lid on and let it steam for 5 minutes.
05 - Drop in the spinach and cook it till it's soft and tender.
06 - Top it off with some Parmesan, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. Stir everything together.
