In a big pan, warm olive oil over medium heat.

Toss in the chicken pieces and cook until they turn a nice brown.

Mix in the garlic and let it cook for about a minute.

Throw in the broccoli and pour the chicken stock over it. Put a lid on and let it steam for 5 minutes.

Drop in the spinach and cook it till it's soft and tender.

Top it off with some Parmesan, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. Stir everything together.
