Steak & Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 medium zucchini, turned into noodles
02 - 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
03 - 2 tablespoons of butter
04 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
05 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (crushed)
07 - Black pepper and salt, add as you like
08 - Lemon wedges for topping
09 - Chopped fresh parsley for sprinkling

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the steak slices with some black pepper and salt.
02 - In a skillet on medium-high heat, warm up some olive oil. Add steak slices and fry until they’re cooked how you like them. Take them out of the skillet and keep them aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic that’s been minced and toss in some red pepper flakes. Stir for a short time until it smells amazing.
04 - Add the zucchini spirals into the skillet. Gently stir until they soften up just a little.
05 - Put the steak back in the pan with the zucchini. Toss everything together and top with chopped parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
