Steak Noodles Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak & Pasta

01 - 16 oz sirloin steak
02 - 10 oz linguine

→ Seasoning & Sauce

03 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
04 - 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
05 - 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
06 - 1/2 cup of heavy cream
07 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
08 - 1 tsp ground black pepper
09 - 1/2 tsp chili flakes

# Instructions:

01 - In a big pot, boil salted water and cook the linguine following the package time. Drain it, then leave it for later.
02 - Warm up a skillet on medium-high, melt 1 tbsp of butter, and sprinkle salt and pepper on the steak. Sear each side for about 3 minutes to get it medium-rare. Rest the steak, then slice it into thin pieces.
03 - Drop the second tbsp of butter into the same skillet. Toss in the chopped garlic and heat it up for a quick minute until it smells amazing.
04 - Pour in the cream, mix in the Parmesan, black pepper, and chili flakes. Stir it all and let it bubble gently for a couple minutes until it thickens.
05 - Dump the drained pasta back into the skillet. Stir it around until all the noodles are nicely covered in the creamy sauce.
06 - Move the saucy pasta to plates, layer the steak slices on top, and serve immediately while it’s hot and tasty.
