Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g chicken breast pieces, diced small.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
04 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
05 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
06 - 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence.
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped finely.
08 - 350g spaghetti or linguine.
09 - 2 additional tablespoons butter.
10 - 2 more garlic cloves, minced finely.
11 - 240 ml heavy cream.
12 - 1 cup freshly grated parmesan or gruyère.
13 - 120 ml chicken stock.
14 - Season with more salt and pepper if needed.
15 - Optional extra garlic butter for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta till al dente.
02 - Heat some olive oil in a large skillet, then throw in the chicken pieces.
03 - Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence. Let it cook for around 8 minutes till it’s nicely browned.
04 - In the same pan, let the butter melt and toss in the garlic.
05 - Add the chicken back into the pan and let it soak in the garlic butter.
06 - Grab another skillet, melt butter, and quickly sauté garlic in it.
07 - Pour the cream and chicken broth into the pan. Heat gently until it starts to simmer.
08 - Slowly mix in the grated cheese, stirring until the sauce becomes rich and smooth.
09 - Toss the drained pasta in with the creamy sauce so it’s fully covered.
10 - Divide the pasta into bowls, then top with the cooked chicken.
11 - Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and add more butter or garlic butter if desired.
