Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta till al dente.

Heat some olive oil in a large skillet, then throw in the chicken pieces.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence. Let it cook for around 8 minutes till it’s nicely browned.

In the same pan, let the butter melt and toss in the garlic.

Add the chicken back into the pan and let it soak in the garlic butter.

Grab another skillet, melt butter, and quickly sauté garlic in it.

Pour the cream and chicken broth into the pan. Heat gently until it starts to simmer.

Slowly mix in the grated cheese, stirring until the sauce becomes rich and smooth.

Toss the drained pasta in with the creamy sauce so it’s fully covered.

Divide the pasta into bowls, then top with the cooked chicken.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and add more butter or garlic butter if desired.
