Garlic Butter Beef Rollups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Blend

01 - 110 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 115 grams cream cheese, at room temperature

→ Topping & Dough

03 - 225 grams pre-made crescent roll dough
04 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
06 - Fresh parsley, finely cut for decoration

→ Beef Mixture

07 - 450 grams minced beef
08 - 1 teaspoon powder made from garlic
09 - 1 teaspoon onion seasoning powder
10 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - Salt, for flavor
12 - Black pepper, as much as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 190°C to warm up.
02 - Put the beef in a big frying pan on medium heat. Add garlic and onion powders, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook while stirring until it's brown, about 5–7 minutes. Remove any extra fat.
03 - In a bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar together until it’s all mixed well.
04 - Lay the crescent dough flat on a clean surface and separate it into triangles. Put a big spoonful of your beef-cheese mix near the widest point of each triangle.
05 - Start from the wide side and roll each triangle toward the tip, making sure the filling stays inside. Put them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
06 - In a small dish, mix your softened butter with chopped garlic. Spread this mixture over all the rollups using a pastry brush.
07 - Put the sheet into your preheated oven and bake the rollups for 12–15 minutes, or until they look golden-brown.
08 - Let the rollups cool a little outside the oven. Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Give the rollups a minute or so to cool down so the cheese doesn’t spill out.
