Turn your oven on to 230°C and line a 23x33cm baking dish with parchment paper.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken and lay it out in your baking dish.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then toss in the garlic.

Stir the brown sugar, smoked paprika, and oregano into the pan. Cook briefly for about a minute, and then let it cool a bit.

Coat the chicken breasts with the garlic and brown sugar mixture you made.

Pop the dish in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and reaches 74°C (check using a thermometer).
