# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
05 - 1 cup Ritz crackers, whole
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Throw the Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper into a medium bowl and mix them up.
03 - Slowly pour the melted butter over the cracker mix.
04 - Stir gently so every bit of cracker gets coated with butter and seasoning.
05 - Spread the crackers in one even layer across a baking sheet.
06 - Pop the crackers into the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. Take them out when they look golden and crunchy.
07 - Let the crackers sit for 5 minutes to cool down before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Eat them warm for the best crunch and taste. They work great as a soup topper or on salads. Keep leftovers in a sealed container, and to get them crispy again, bake them at a low temperature.
02 - Kick up the flavor with a bit of red pepper flakes. For a twist, swap Parmesan with Romano or sharp cheddar. Use freshly chopped parsley if you like a more vibrant taste.
03 - Chef Gordon Ramsay says fresh Parmesan boosts the flavor. Ina Garten recommends adding lemon zest for a fun zing. Jamie Oliver suggests going with premium butter for the richest crackers.
