Cadbury Egg Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 3 cups powdered sugar
02 - 1 tablespoon milk
03 - ½ cup light corn syrup
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - ¼ cup softened unsalted butter
06 - 1 drop yellow gel food color
07 - 1 pinch of kosher salt

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces melted milk chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the butter and corn syrup together. Toss in the powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, and salt. Divide the mix and tint one portion yellow.
02 - Put parchment in the baking dish. Spread half the melted chocolate in, add the white layer, then the yellow, and finish with the rest of the chocolate.
03 - Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until solid. Slice into squares using a warm knife.

01 - Slice neatly by warming your knife first
02 - Swap for semi-sweet chocolate if you'd like
