Frostbite Blue Christmas Cocoa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of white chocolate chips or roughly chopped white chocolate.
02 - 3 cups of milk (any kind you like).
03 - 1 cup of heavy cream – it makes it extra smooth and rich.
04 - Just a pinch of salt.
05 - A few tiny drops of blue food dye.
06 - Blueberries or blue candy canes for some decor if you want.
07 - Optional: mini marshmallows.
08 - Optional: some shaved white chocolate or extra white chocolate chips.
09 - Blue sprinkles or edible glitter to jazz it up.
10 - Vanilla extract, about 1/2 teaspoon.
11 - Whipped cream for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop a medium-sized pan on the stove, add your milk and cream, and heat it gently over medium-low. Stir it every so often until it’s warm, but don’t let it boil.
02 - Toss in the white chocolate chips and keep stirring until everything’s perfectly melted and super creamy.
03 - Add in your salt and a splash of vanilla extract. Stir it well to give it that little extra kick of flavor.
04 - Throw in a couple of drops of blue food coloring. Mix it up until you’re happy with how it looks.
05 - Carefully pour your snowy-blue cocoa into mugs.
06 - Top each mug with a big cloud of whipped cream.
07 - Sprinkle on the blue decorations, pop on marshmallows or shaved chocolate, and maybe even dress it up with blueberries or a blue candy cane.

# Notes:

01 - Want it sweeter? Add more white chocolate!
02 - Change up the toppings to fit your style or celebration.
03 - You can swap in dairy-free options for the milk and cream if needed.
