Fritos Chili Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 oz chili Fritos
02 - 1 lb cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 purple onion
04 - 16 oz red bell peppers
05 - 16 oz corn
06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the onion and peppers into small chunks. Use the bigger holes on your grater to shred the cheese. Break the Fritos into smaller pieces, however you like them.
02 - If you're making it ahead, don't mix anything yet. Just add the mayo right before you plan to eat.
03 - Throw everything into a bowl, give it a good mix, and it's ready to eat.
