French Dip Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack of brioche slider rolls.
02 - 4 tablespoons melted butter.
03 - 1/2 pound thinly sliced Emmental or Gruyère cheese.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/4 cup mayo.
06 - Salt and black pepper.
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
09 - 1 garlic clove.
10 - Fresh thyme.
11 - 1/2 pound roast beef from the deli counter.
12 - Fresh parsley.
13 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
14 - 2 cups beef bouillon.
15 - 1-2 teaspoons concentrated beef stock.
16 - 1/2 cup golden caramelized onions.
17 - 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
18 - 2 tablespoons butter.
19 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the rolls in half and lightly toast them using the broiler.
02 - Mix together the mayo and Dijon mustard, then spread it generously on the lower section of the buns.
03 - Add a layer of cheese, followed by roast beef, then caramelized onions, and finish with another layer of cheese.
04 - Spread the rest of the mayo mixture on the top halves of the rolls and place them on top.
05 - Use a brush to coat the tops with the seasoned butter mixture you’ve prepared.
06 - Cover the dish and bake for around 20 minutes. Remove the cover and bake another 5-8 minutes until bubbly.
07 - To make the dipping jus, sauté some minced garlic in butter over medium heat.
08 - Add in flour, beef bouillon, thyme, and concentrated stock. Let it simmer until it thickens a bit.
09 - Strain the dipping jus into a bowl and serve beside your baked sliders for dunking.
