Four Cheese Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made ball of pizza dough.
02 - 4 Roma tomatoes, cut into slices.
03 - 1/4 cup good-quality olive oil.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt.
05 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
06 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan.
07 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves.
08 - 1/3 cup crumbly feta cheese.
09 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.
10 - 4 oz shredded French Comté cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your pizza dough ready as the directions suggest and let it expand as needed.
02 - In a bowl, stir together the olive oil, chopped garlic, and sea salt.
03 - Coat the tomato slices with the marinade mix and let them sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
04 - Crank your oven to 200°C (400°F). Pop your pizza stone into the oven about 6 minutes before baking.
05 - Spread the flavor-packed oil mixture from the marinade all over your pizza base.
06 - Scatter shredded mozzarella and Comté cheeses across your pizza base evenly.
07 - Neatly place the marinated tomatoes on top of the cheese layer.
08 - Evenly sprinkle the chopped basil leaves all over the pizza.
09 - Give it a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese across everything.
10 - Finish up by crumbling feta cheese evenly across the top.
11 - Carefully move your pizza onto the hot stone in the oven.
12 - Let it bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges are golden brown.
13 - In the last couple of minutes of baking, keep an eye out to make sure it doesn’t burn.
