Fluffy Bunny Buns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 270g (about 1 cup) plain yogurt
02 - A cup of self-raising flour (150g)
03 - Butter to grease your baking dish
04 - A small pinch of salt

→ Optional Decoration

05 - Want to add faces? Use edible markers!
06 - Brush melted butter generously over the top

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven up to 180°C (or 360°F). Mix together the flour, salty touch, and yogurt in a big bowl till it's doughy. If the dough gets tacky, just sprinkle a tiny bit more flour.
02 - Split your dough into 6 chunks—about 70g each. For each one, roll up a 45g ball for the head, then make mini sausage-like shapes (12g each) for the ears.
03 - Grease up a wide baking dish with butter. Place the bigger dough balls spaced a little apart for the 'faces.' Stick the ear shapes beside each face so they're touching.
04 - Throw melted butter on the buns if you're feeling fancy. Let them bake around 20 minutes. Serve warm, and if you'd like, you can draw on faces using those edible markers.

# Notes:

01 - Don't have self-raising flour? Just mix normal flour with a teaspoon of baking powder.
02 - Refrigerate the leftover dough for up to 3 days, or stick it in the freezer for 4 months max.
03 - Warm buns taste amazing. Got leftovers? Heat them up in the microwave for 10 seconds!
