01 -
Turn your oven on to 220°C (425°F). If you have a pizza stone, pop it into the oven while it's heating up.
02 -
Mix your garlic into the olive oil in a small dish. Brush this tasty mix all over the flatbreads till they're coated.
03 -
Spoon out the tomato sauce and spread it thinly over the flatbreads, leaving a small edge uncovered.
04 -
Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce, then sprinkle Parmesan on top.
05 -
Layer the sliced tomatoes across the cheese, spreading them out so there's a bit on each bite.
06 -
Add a bit of salt, pepper, and if you're feeling adventurous, some red pepper flakes.
07 -
Place the flatbreads straight on the oven rack or stone. Cook for about 10-12 minutes till the cheese melts and edges get crispy.
08 -
As soon as you've pulled them out, throw on the fresh basil. It’ll soften up from the heat.
09 -
If you'd like, drizzle with more olive oil, slice it up, and enjoy while it's hot.
