Fish Stick Alfredo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pre-made pizza crust
02 - 1 and 1/4 cups shredded Mozzarella or blended Pizza cheese
03 - 1/3 cup Alfredo sauce from a jar
04 - 8 fish sticks (use Gorton's if available)
05 - Sweet pepper slices or tomato slices (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F to preheat.
02 - Line up the fish sticks on a baking tray and bake them for about 10 minutes. Flip each one after about 7 or 8 minutes.
03 - As the fish sticks bake, spread Alfredo sauce evenly over the pizza crust. Sprinkle most of the cheese over the sauce, keeping back about a fourth of it to use later.
04 - Place the baked fish sticks on the cheese-covered crust in any design you like. Add optional veggie slices in the gaps if you'd like. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over everything.
05 - Pop the assembled pizza into the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Once the cheese is gooey and melted, and the crust looks crispy, it's ready.
06 - Slice it into pieces and enjoy! If you have some fresh basil, tear it up and toss on top before serving.
