Fiery Chicken Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Zesty Spiced Chicken

01 - 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into strips
02 - 1 tsp cornstarch
03 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
04 - 1 tsp sesame oil
05 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
08 - 1 tsp chili powder
09 - 1 tbsp cooking oil (vegetable or similar)

→ Garlic Cream Sauce

10 - 2 tbsp butter
11 - ½ tsp table salt
12 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
13 - 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
14 - 1 cup heavy cream
15 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (if desired)
16 - ½ cup chicken stock
17 - ½ tsp ground black pepper

→ Ramen Ingredients

18 - 2 ramen noodle packs (discard flavor packets)
19 - ½ cup finely chopped green onions
20 - Sesame seeds for topping
21 - ½ cup shredded carrots (optional)
22 - 1 soft-boiled egg, sliced in half
23 - Strips of nori for garnish
24 - 1 tsp sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cornstarch, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss the sliced chicken strips in the mixture until they're coated all over. Let it sit for about 10 minutes so the flavor soaks in while you get started on the sauce.
02 - Set a skillet over medium-high heat, then pour in the cooking oil. Add the marinated chicken and cook it for about 5 to 6 minutes. Keep turning until each piece is browned and the chicken is cooked through. Put it to the side.
03 - In a small saucepan, melt butter on medium and cook the garlic till you can smell it, about 30 seconds. Slowly pour in chicken broth and cream while mixing. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if you want some heat. Let it gently bubble for 2-3 minutes. Toss in Parmesan cheese and stir till smooth, then take it off the burner.
04 - Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen as the package says. Drain out all the water and mix in sesame oil to stop the noodles from sticking together.
05 - Split the cooked ramen into bowls. Ladle the creamy sauce over the top, place the chicken slices over that, and finish with green onions, shredded carrots, and the halved egg. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and nori on top to make it pretty. Serve right away!
