Festive Cheese Log (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup finely diced roasted red peppers, drained.
03 - 1/3 cup finely chopped green and black olives.
04 - 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts in marinade.
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, freshly done.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian herb mix.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
09 - 1/2 cup parsley, chopped fine.
10 - Rosemary sprigs to decorate.
11 - Cranberries for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend softened cream cheese with red peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, and seasonings until smooth and even.
02 - Spoon mixture onto plastic wrap, mold into a log, and wrap it tightly.
03 - Stick it in the fridge for about 2 hours till it's firm.
04 - Roll the chilled log in the parsley, pressing lightly so it sticks everywhere.
05 - Set the log on a platter and add rosemary and cranberries to dress it up.

# Notes:

01 - Drain all ingredients well to keep it from getting watery.
02 - You can assemble this up to a day before serving.
03 - Pair with crackers or crunchy veggies for dipping.
