# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
02 - 1 lb fresh lump crab meat
03 - 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
04 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
09 - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
11 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
12 - Oil for frying (optional)

→ Garnish

13 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mayonnaise and softened cream cheese in a big bowl until it looks smooth and silky.
02 - Carefully fold in the crab meat so it doesn’t fall apart. Then mix in the Parmesan, green onions, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, garlic powder, and pepper just until it all comes together.
03 - Scoop up some crab mix and shape into balls about an inch or so in size using your hands.
04 - Roll the balls in panko bread crumbs, making sure they’re completely covered for a nice crunch.
05 - If frying, warm up some oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the crab balls in small batches until golden, flipping every 2-3 minutes. Let them drain on a paper towel.
06 - If baking, heat your oven to 375°F (190°C), place the crab balls on a baking sheet with parchment, and lightly brush them with olive oil. Bake them for 15-20 minutes or until they’re golden.
07 - Let the crab bombs cool off a bit after cooking. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before you dig in.

# Notes:

01 - For something less heavy, try baking instead of frying your crab bombs.
02 - Keep the crab meat as intact as you can when mixing.
