Easy Wonton Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
02 - 8 cups chicken broth
03 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
05 - 24 ounces frozen mini wontons
06 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
07 - 1.5 cups carrots, shredded
08 - 1 bunch of green onions, sliced (keep white and green parts separate)
09 - 3 cups spinach, fresh
10 - Chili crisp for garnish
11 - Sesame seeds for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Pour sesame oil into a large pan or Dutch oven and place it over medium heat.
02 - Sauté the white parts of the green onions for about a minute, then toss in garlic and ginger. Keep cooking for another minute while stirring.
03 - Add the shredded carrots to the pan along with the soy sauce, stirring everything around until combined.
04 - Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.
05 - Once boiling, drop in the frozen wontons and fresh spinach. Let them cook for 5-6 minutes until the wontons are heated through.
06 - Ladle the hot soup into bowls and top it with the green onion tops, a drizzle of chili crisp, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
