Easy Crockpot Chicken (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
02 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
05 - Salt and pepper, however much you like
06 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
11 - 1 cup heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - Pour a little olive oil into a big pan, set the heat to medium-high, and brown the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Don’t forget to sprinkle salt and pepper before cooking.
02 - Move the browned chicken breasts straight into your crock pot.
03 - Mix heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and basil together in a small bowl. Give it a good stir until combined.
04 - Pour the cream mixture right over the chicken inside the crock pot.
05 - Scatter Parmesan and diced sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken.
06 - Cover it all up and let it cook on low heat for 4-6 hours. The chicken should come out soft and fully cooked.
07 - Pair the creamy chicken with rice, pasta, or even some steamed veggies. You’ve got options!
