In a small dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon until evenly blended.

Take the biscuits out of the package and cut them into four equal pieces.

For the air fryer: 12-15 minutes at 350°F, shaking halfway through. In the oven: 10-12 minutes at 350°F until golden and crispy.

Coat each biscuit piece in melted butter and then in the cinnamon-sugar mix. A ziplock bag works if you want to shake them all at once.

Serve warm and enjoy on their own or with some caramel, chocolate drizzle, ice cream, or whipped cream.
