Easy Choco Oat Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter.
02 - 1/2 cup of rich cocoa powder.
03 - 3 cups of old-fashioned oats (reduce by 1/4 cup if swapping for quick oats).
04 - 1/2 cup of milk.
05 - 1/2 cup of butter.
06 - 2 cups of granulated sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop the mix onto sheets lined with wax paper or foil using the cookie scoop. Let them cool for a few minutes, about 5-10, so they firm up.
02 - Quickly toss the rest of the ingredients into the pot and stir until they’re blended.
03 - In a large pot, melt the butter and bring it to a boil with the sugar and milk. Keep stirring and let it bubble for 60 seconds before taking it off the heat.

01 - Measure everything first to make the process smooth.
02 - For quick oats, use 1/4 cup less than called for.
