Easiest Burrito Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 ½ cups black or refried beans
02 - 3/4 cup corn (frozen or canned)
03 - 6 flour tortillas (large, 10-inch)
04 - 1 packet (1 oz) of taco seasoning
05 - 1 lb ground beef, lean
06 - 3 cups rice, already cooked
07 - 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Extras You Can Add

08 - Guacamole or avocado slices
09 - Red onion, chopped fine
10 - Tomato chunks or fresh salsa
11 - Cool sour cream
12 - Shredded green lettuce
13 - Freshly chopped cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan lightly with some spray.
02 - On medium heat, cook the beef with the taco mix, following the packet instructions.
03 - Spread 1/4 cup beans, 2 tbsp corn, 1/2 cup rice, a scoop of beef, and 1/4 cup cheese in a line down the middle of each tortilla.
04 - Fold in the edges and roll up the tortillas snugly. Lay them seam-down in the pan.
05 - Cover the dish with foil. Bake for 25 minutes, or 30-35 minutes if the burritos are chilled straight from the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze these burritos if wrapped tightly in foil.
02 - Baking frozen ones will take about 45-55 minutes.
03 - Using instant rice can speed things up.
