Easy Blueberry Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 3/4 cup white sugar
02 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour
04 - 2 teaspoons baking powder

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
07 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil
08 - 1 egg

→ Mix-ins

09 - 8 ounces of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and put paper liners into the muffin tin.
02 - In a bowl, mix baking powder, salt, flour, and sugar.
03 - In another bowl, blend the egg, milk, vanilla, and oil until smooth.
04 - Pour wet mix into the dry one and stir gently. Fold in the blueberries without squishing them.
05 - Spoon batter into liners and bake for 15-20 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap blueberries for chocolate chips or another berry.
02 - Buttermilk makes the muffins softer.
03 - Warm them up at 300°F for 12 minutes if needed.
