Easy Blueberry Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (about 10 ounces)
02 - 1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) cold unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
03 - 1 (15.25-ounce) box of cake mix (yellow, white, or lemon)
04 - 2 (21-ounce) cans of blueberry pie filling

→ Serving

05 - Vanilla ice cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch pan lightly with butter.
02 - Cover the bottom of the pan with pie filling. Add an even layer of cake mix, then arrange slices of butter evenly over the top. Scatter the blueberries last.
03 - Pop it into the oven for 60-65 minutes. Bake until the top is golden, crispy, and bubbling with goodness.
04 - Dish it up warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you'd like.
