Easy Beef Queso (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 grams of minced beef.
02 - 2 tablespoons of spice mix for tacos.
03 - 200 grams of Président cheese for melting.
04 - 2 cups of shredded Comté cheese.
05 - A can (280 grams) of chopped tomatoes with green chili, drained.
06 - 120 ml whole milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large pan on medium-high, cook the minced beef until browned completely, and then sprinkle with the taco seasoning.
02 - Pour out all the liquid from the can of chopped tomatoes with green chilis.
03 - Throw in the drained tomatoes, Président cheese, and shredded Comté directly into the pan. Slowly mix until everything is nicely combined and starts to melt.
04 - Stir in the milk gradually, letting the cheeses melt fully to create a rich, smooth sauce.
05 - Add your preferred garnishes if you'd like, and enjoy right away.
